Our residents work closely with our experienced, credentialed staff to develop activities and programs that help your wellness journey and tend to your personal interests. Whatever supports you and your well-being, you’ll find it at Baywood Court. We also offer a hearing loop system that allows those who are hard of hearing to enjoy movies, documentaries, and presentations.

Baywood Court’s Wellness Elevated program focuses on helping people achieve higher levels of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The initiative aims to help people raise their overall wellness to new heights through the different activities offered. Using the pillars of wellness as a guide allows the residents of Baywood Court to create a wellness plan that fits their needs and satisfies the different aspects of wellness.

In Motion Program
With the expertise of our Wellness Coordinator, the In Motion program offers appropriate, individualized exercise through one-on-one personal training that helps residents create goals, improve and maintain function and independence, and prevent falls. Many so-called “age-related” illnesses can be prevented, reversed, or slowed in progression with a personalized exercise program tailored to your needs, wants, and goals.
In Motion program services at Baywood Court include personal training, fitness assessments, wellness consulting, group classes, home safety and ergonomics, fitness challenges, exercise rehabilitation and prevention, equipment orientation, and various health events.
